Welcome to WowtechPromos! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.wowtechpromos.com (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, including browsing the website, purchasing products, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

2. Products and Services

• Description:Wowtechpromos offers customized 3C digital accessories for sale through the Site. These products may include but are not limited to power banks, charging cables, fans, cases, speakers, chargers, Bluetooth earphone and other personalized accessories.
• Customization:Customers may submit personalized designs or requests for customization.Wowtechpromos reserves the right to accept or reject any customization request at our discretion.

3. Ordering and Purchases

• Order Placement:Orders can be placed through the Site. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products selected based on the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms.
• Payment:Payment for orders is processed securely through our designated payment processors. Prices for products are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and can be paid using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Klarna, and other credit card options. Details are available on the checkout page. 
• Order Cancellation: Once an order enters its processing stage, we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be made. Wowtechpromos will make every commercially reasonable effort to comply with the cancellation request.

Additionally, customers may be charged 35% of the order amount if the order has already started its processing stage in order to successfully cancel the order.

Furthermore, customers will be liable to pay the agreed-upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time we are able to cancel the order. These charges may include, but are not limited to, setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges, and restocking fees.

All cancellation requests must be made by email. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

*If the order has been shipped already, then it is unable to be canceled, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

• Shipping:We strive to fulfill orders promptly. Shipping times and methods are specified in Shipping Policy page and may vary based on location and product availability.

4. Credit Card Fraud Prevention

Credit Card Fraud is one of the fastest growing financial crimes all around the world. Because of this, Wowtechpromos has put in place this fraud prevention policy, to protect both the cardholder and Wowtechpromos.

• Individuals and/or companies should be aware that Wowtechpromosreserves the right to require photo identification and signature confirmation, etc., before we process any credit card order. 
• If we notice any unusual activity on the customer’saccount, we’ll attempt to contact the customer to verify the charges and get approval before allowing any additional activity. 
• If we request a valid form of photo identification or any other piece of necessary information, and do not receive it back within a specified amount of time, we will terminate your order.
• If you suspect that fraudulent charges have been placed on your credit card, or someone has used your personal information to commit theft, please contact us support@wowtechpromos.com.

5. Customization Services

• Design Submission:Customers are responsible for ensuring that any designs, text, or images submitted for customization do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. Wowtechpromos assumes no liability for any unauthorized use of intellectual property.
• Intellectual Property:By submitting designs, customers grant Wowtechpromos a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling the customer's order.
• PMS Matching:PMS or Pantone Color Matching is available on many Items for an additional fee. Factory will make every effort to closely match any PMS color. Due to item materials an exact match cannot be guaranteed, especially on metallic and non-white products.

6. Logo Display Policy

Logos displayed on products on our website are intended solely to showcase the products we offer and demonstrate the various customization options available. We do not claim ownership of trademarks or copyrighted logos belonging to other companies. The presence of these logos does not imply that Wowtechpromos owns the rights to them or offers products featuring these logos for sale without permission from the trademark or copyright owners.

By placing an order with us, customer grants permission for us to display products that include your trademark or copyrighted material on our website, in our catalog, in our offices, and as samples of our available products. We commit to not selling or offering for sale any products featuring customer’s trademarks or copyrighted material without obtaining customer’s prior consent.

7. User Restrictions

Customers may access and view the Content (including text, images, music, sound, photographs, video, illustrations, icons, graphics, headers, data, information and software) on this website for personal, non-commercial use only. Customers may download and/or copy specific parts of the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that customers:

• Maintain all copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices included in the Content;
• Do not modify or alter the Content in any way;
• Do not distribute the Content to any third party.

Wowtechpromos retains complete ownership and all intellectual property rights in any content downloaded from this website.
