Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns
  • Eligibility:We accept returns and exchanges/refunds for products with original manufacturing defects or if the product does not match the customization details agreed upon during the order process. 

For non-customized products, we also accept personal reason return within 5 calender days of receipt, but customers may have to bare shipping fee and be charged 20% of the order amount as returning fee (If the return cost is less than $20, then it will be calculated as $20).

  • Conditions:To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:Customized products that do not have manufacturing defects or errors made by Wowtechpromos during customization are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the unlikely event of a original manufacturing defect or if you have any problems with your order, please contact us with order number within 5 calendar days of receipt. All claims must be reported within 5 calendar days upon receipt of goods. If no claim is made withing 5 calendar days, we will assume that the order is completed and accepted in satisfaction, so we suggest that products should be examined right after receipt even it may not be in a hurry of using.  

  1. How to Initiate a Returnand Refund/Exchange
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team with pictures/videos of defective products.
  • After the return/exchange request is approved, please return the products to the address we provide.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned itemand then process the refund or send you the replacement.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [3-5] business days.

    * Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped).

    1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5calendar days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a return & refund/exchange, including any return shipping costs incurred.

    We provide 1-year warranty for all our products, please feel free to contact our customer service team with detailed problem description and pictures/videos if there’s any quality issue while using, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a reasonable refund for the product.
