1. Browsing Products
Browse and select the most suitable product for your promotional needs.
2. Customization
Click on "Customize it" to start personalizing your item with text, images, and colors.

If you’re uncertain about your logo design, please contact us. We also have skilled designers ready to assist you in creating a pattern that meets your satisfaction.
4. Adding to Cart
Add your designed product to the cart in the customization Tool (by doing so to have your design uploaded). If you do not want to customize the product, please click “Add to Cart” button on the product page.
5. Checkout Process
Enter your shipping information and email. Please double-check that your email is correct, as this is our primary method of contacting you regarding any issues with your order.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accurate.
6. Tracking Your Order
After the payment is completed, we will start processing your order. Once it's ready, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. A few days after receiving the email, you can track your order on the 'Track Your Order' page using your tracking number.
7. Order Cancellation
Once an order enters its processing stage, we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be made. Wowtechpromos will make every commercially reasonable effort to comply with the cancellation request.
Additionally, customers may be charged 35% of the order amount if the order has already started its processing stage in order to successfully cancel the order.
Furthermore, customers will be liable to pay the agreed-upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time we are able to cancel the order. These charges may include, but are not limited to, setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges, and restocking fees.
All cancellation requests must be made by email. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
*If the order has been shipped already, then it is unable to be canceled, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
